Meet Ms. Brooks

Welcome to Ms. Brooks' 3rd Grade Classroom!

My name is Ms. Brooks, and I am a student teacher from Gardner-Webb University majoring in Elementary Education. I have nearly 10 years of experience as a teacher assistant. I have had the pleasure of working with many of this year's 3rd graders when they were in kindergarten, and it has been a joy watching them grow. I am excited to continue supporting their learning and growth this school year. I enjoy reading, cooking, baking, and spending time with my family. My favorite colors are pink, blue, and purple. I believe every child can succeed, and I strive to create a classroom where students feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn. This year, students will continue building their skills in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies through engaging lessons, hands-on activities, and meaningful practice.
